Yes. If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, you should book an appointment with a mental health professional. These conditions can strike anyone of any age. They may present with physical symptoms like chest tightening, heart palpitations, insomnia, loss of appetite, or internal feelings of overwhelming fear, helplessness, hopelessness, and even thoughts of suicide. Symptoms can worsen and become increasingly dangerous over time if left untreated.

We have undergone specialized training and utilize evidence-based CBT customized for telemedicine. Research demonstrates there is no difference in outcomes compared to in-person psychotherapy. It is also more cost-effective.
