He completed his advanced nursing degrees at Duke University and Fairfield University. Dr. Leach’s passion for helping others developed during an Eagle Scout project, collecting essential items for nursing home residents. This desire led him to a nursing career, where he worked for almost two decades.

Dr. Leach elevates the client experience through active listening and shared decision making. He enthusiastically provides hope and healing through personalized cognitive behavioral therapy and expert medication management.
