Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

BPD is often misunderstood. It’s not about being “too much.” It’s about feeling everything… intensely.

Emotions can shift quickly. Relationships can feel unstable. There may be a deep fear of abandonment, identity struggles, or difficulty regulating reactions.

We help you build emotional regulation, not suppress emotion. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is central to treatment, focusing on distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Medications such as SSRIs, mood stabilizers like lamotrigine, or low-dose atypical antipsychotics may be used when helpful for mood or impulsivity.

Big feelings don’t have to mean unstable ground. Let’s create balance together.
